Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel an order. We aim to process and ship orders quickly, so we offer a limited window for cancellation.

1. General Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

  • To Cancel: You must immediately contact our Customer Support team with your order number via email or phone during our business hours.

  • Confirmation: A cancellation request is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from Caivora stating that the order has been successfully canceled.

2. Post-Processing / Shipment Cancellation

Once your order has moved beyond the 24-hour window or has been marked as "Processing for Shipment," "Shipped," or "Fulfilled," the order cannot be cancelled.

  • If you still wish to return the item, you must wait until the order is delivered and then follow the process outlined in our Return Policy. Please note that return shipping costs may apply if the item is not defective or incorrect.

3. Customized and Personalized Items

Orders for customized, personalized, or engraved jewelry are sent to production immediately after the order is confirmed to ensure the fastest turnaround time.

  • Custom Order Cancellation: Due to the bespoke nature of these items, cancellations for customized or personalized jewelry are not permitted after 4 hours of order placement.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
