Jewellery Size Guide
Finding the perfect fit is key to enjoying your Caivora jewelry for a lifetime. Since sizes can vary slightly between jewelers, we recommend using these simple methods to confirm your size before placing an order.
Ring Size Guide
To find your ring size, use one of the two methods below. We strongly recommend measuring your size at the end of the day when your fingers are warmest and at their largest.
Method 1: Measure a Ring You Already Own
-
Select a ring that fits the intended finger perfectly.
-
Measure the internal diameter of the ring in millimeters (mm).
-
Use the chart below to match the internal diameter measurement to the corresponding US ring size.
Method 2: Measure Your Finger
-
Wrap a piece of thin string or a strip of paper snugly around the base of the finger you wish to measure.
-
Mark the point where the string or paper overlaps.
-
Lay the string or paper flat and measure the length from the starting point to the mark in millimeters (mm). This is your finger circumference.
-
Use the chart below to match the circumference measurement to the corresponding US ring size.
| Finger Circumference (mm) | Internal Diameter (mm) | US Ring Size |
| 49.3 mm | 15.7 mm | 5 |
| 51.9 mm | 16.5 mm | 6 |
| 54.4 mm | 17.3 mm | 7 |
| 57.0 mm | 18.1 mm | 8 |
| 59.5 mm | 18.9 mm | 9 |
| 62.1 mm | 19.8 mm | 10 |
Note: If you fall between sizes, we recommend ordering the next full size up.
Necklace and Chain Size Guide
Caivora necklaces are generally measured by the total length of the chain when laid flat and open. Refer to the common lengths and where they typically fall on an average adult:
| Length (Inches) | Description | Typical Placement |
| 14" | Choker | Sits tightly around the neck. |
| 16" | Collar/Choker | Sits around the base of the neck, near the collarbone. |
| 18" | Princess | Sits just below the collarbone; the most common and versatile length. |
| 20" | Matinee | Falls a few inches below the collarbone. |
| 24" | Matinee | Hangs mid-chest, often resting above the bust line. |
| 30"+ | Opera/Lariat | Hangs below the bust, often used for layering or knotting. |
Tip: To visualize the length, use a piece of string cut to the desired measurement and drape it around your neck.
Bracelet Size Guide
To determine your bracelet size (not including cuff or bangle styles), measure the circumference of your wrist:
-
Wrap a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
-
Note the measurement in inches.
-
Add 0.5 inch for a snug fit or 0.75 to 1 inch for a loose fit. This is your ideal bracelet length.
| Wrist Measurement | Snug Fit (Length to Order) | Standard Length |
| 6.0 inches | 6.5 inches | Small |
| 6.5 inches | 7.0 inches | Medium |
| 7.0 inches | 7.5 inches | Large |
| 7.5 inches | 8.0 inches | Extra-Large |
