1. Return Period

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all the following criteria:

  • It must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • It must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must include all original packaging, tags (attached), and any accompanying documents (e.g., certificates, appraisal reports).

  • It must include a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized Jewelry: Any item that has been personalized, engraved, or custom-made to a specific design requested by the customer.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

  • Gift Cards.

4. Initiating a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at info@fashionwomen.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval & Shipping: Returns require prior approval. Once approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Security: For your protection, all returns must be shipped securely using the provided label and instructions. We recommend retaining proof of shipment.

Returns sent without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

5. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered), please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at info@fashionwomen.com. We will promptly arrange for a pre-paid return label and ensure the issue is resolved immediately through:

  • Sending a replacement item at no additional cost, or

  • Issuing a full refund.

6. Jewelry Sizing and Adjustments

  • Initial Sizing: We highly recommend confirming your size before placing an order.

  • Resizing Fee: If you need a standard size correction (e.g., ring resizing), we charge a flat $50 fee to cover secure return shipping and the re-delivery cost after the adjustment.

  • The original item must be returned and inspected before any adjustment or replacement can be processed.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you would like a different product (e.g., a different style, color, or metal type), please return the original item (if eligible) for a refund.

  • Then, place a new order for the desired product on our website. This ensures the fastest and most accurate processing of your new order.

8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 7–10 business days.

  • Late Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please first contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If you still have not located the refund, contact us.
