1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping to all 50 United States (including APO/FPO addresses). At this time, we do not offer direct shipping to US territories or international locations outside of the United States.
2. Shipping Options and Charges
We provide the following shipping options for delivery within the contiguous United States:

All orders are subject to a processing time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

Delays: Delivery times may be extended during peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, Valentine's Day) or due to unforeseen carrier delays (e.g., weather-related issues, service interruptions). We appreciate your patience during these times.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
6. Shipping Partners and Security
We utilize major, trusted US carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS) for secure delivery. For insurance and security, a signature confirmation is required upon delivery for all orders above a certain value (e.g., typically $500 or more, please determine your threshold). The carrier will not leave the package without a signature.
7. Packaging
All fine jewelry items are packaged discreetly and securely in tamper-proof boxes to protect your purchase during transit. Certificates of Authenticity or Appraisal (if applicable) are included inside the package.
8. Delays, Lost Packages, or Issues
If your tracking shows a significant delay, or if the package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work directly with our shipping partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure you receive your Caivora jewelry.
